Grilling with Mark

Evening in the Garden Exclusive

Somebody will be leaving the 13th Evening in the Garden with a very rare and unusual live auction item.

Mark Anderson, creator and co-host of Food Network shows The Grill Dads and Comfort Food Tour, has offered to host the winning bidder and 7 guests at his home for a grilling class and dinner party. The lucky winner will join Mark in his backyard command center with 5 grills and a wood fired pizza oven, for food, fun, and outdoor grilling education. Date, time and menu will be mutually agreed upon with the auction winner.

The four course dinner will feature wine pairings from Indian Creek Winery. The winning bidder and guests will enjoy a memorable evening of fine wine and food cooked to perfection without having to lift a finger!

This is truly a once in a lifetime thrill with big bragging rights…the winner will be the toast and host of the town.

In addition to Mark’s Food Network shows he is also a Today Show contributor and the host of the upcoming NPR show “Fishing with Foodies” which is a celebration of Idaho’s emerging food scene. He is also a judge and host on other Food Network shows including Guy’s Grocery Games.

Mark is also the owner of UltraClean, a water, fire, and mold damage restoration company based in Meridian.
