December 2017

Thank You Volunteers - 120 Years and Counting!

The normal silence of our office space is being interrupted this morning by the sounds of construction or, more accurately, demolition. With the help of six volunteers Construction Manager Paul Thompson is updating our hallway and meeting room. Once again a project needs to be done and a group of Habitat volunteers shows up ready to work on behalf of our affiliate. The simple fact is … without our corps of dedicated volunteers we would not be a viable entity.

Every day volunteers assist the operation of our Office, ReStore and Construction. Family Partners visit Habitat Families to help prepare them for homeownership.
