Meet Treasure Valley Habitat for Humanity.

March 2018

When I travel through the maze of traffic cones, detours, and flaggers which seems to be the typical street in Boise, I force myself to consider that this is a good thing. The street work, construction detours, and cranes on the horizon all mean that the economy is strong, business is booming, and people are back to work. Combine a vibrant economy with one of the “Best Places” to live in the United States and the result is land prices are booming as well.

Habitat receives no special benefits when we are in the market for land and lots. We are in competition with every developer in town. We pay fair market value for all of our building sites.
