This summer Ollie, a Boise 5th-grader, spent 24 hours in a cardboard box “home” he constructed on his front lawn. In doing so, he raised $2,615 for Treasure Valley Habitat for Humanity.

No, we’re not asking you to spend 24-hours in a cardboard box home (though that might be fun!).
We are asking you and your team to match Ollie’s efforts. While Ollie was inspired because he likes getting stuff at ReStore, he also knows that kids, like him need a safe, secure, and permanent place to call home.
That’s what Treasure Valley Habitat has been doing since 1990 - making sure that kids like Ollie can thrive because mom and dad can plant roots in Ada County rather than move every time the rent is raised.
So, take the challenge! Every penny you pledge goes directly into building and repairing homes - not a cent is allocated to overhead costs.
