The Habitat Experience: What Will You Build?

With the completion of our most recent home in Star – and Aladdin and Raghad and their children enjoying the first taste of home ownership freedom – we kick off a new development located in Boise on Maple Grove, and new opportunities to invite people to take part in the Habitat Experience as we expand our services into eastern Canyon County. Before we venture forth, there is a critical question we ask ourselves, and that I’ll pose to you: What Will You Build? On the surface this seems easy: we build and preserve homes. But the Habitat Experience is so much more. We build true community. People from every walk of life, every background, every faith, every stage of life, come together under the Habitat banner to help their new neighbors. We build economic stability. Our new homeowners can create a stable and predictable economic future via an affordable mortgage, providing them the opportunity to create savings accounts, college funds, provide children with the opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities, and so much more.
